  Everything. The view of Berlin skyline and Fernsehturm was unbelievable, and the location was great. Within walking distance of Mitte, and with S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations literally around the corner. There is a small market just in front of the apt. I recommend booking an apartment only for those that will stay +4 nights, otherwise it is not worth it.
