  This is our second time staying at the Hotel an der Oper and we chose it again for its excellent location. It is located very near the Hofbrauhaus (and other eating & drinking places such as Augustiner and Hard Rock), which are all very easy to walk to. Also, it is only a 3-5 minute walk to Marienplatz (which is another good location). We a... 别人怎么说 » lso enjoy the breakfasts at this hotel, with a nice choice of meats, cheese, and breads. - The location is fabulous. You can walk to everything -- and we did! Most of the top sights of Munich are right nearby. The same is true of many of the best restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful with reservations, including getting us excellent seats at a very popular performance of Rigoletto, which was right around the corner. They also selected and reserved a perfect restaurant for our first night in the city. Very nice!

  I was very impressed with this hotel and will be staying there on my next visit, no doubt about that.The members of staff who I spoke to, who were receptionists and bar staff, were efficient, professional and friendly.   Location is tops - close to the tran centre of town and many tourist sites. Brakfast was good. - Visited 22/01/09. The hotel is nice, well situated, good quality. It was a little bit cold in the room, but it was not a serious problem.

  everything was nice and carefully thought out. the hotel is very pretty, in a gracious way, old fashioned but not "old" feeling. It's right n ear "Stuck" (sp.?) a famous art museum. The breakfast, included, was out of this world.
