The location is in the center of the city, the room and the hotel facilities were in high level, and the staff was very nice. - The service was exceptionally good. When we ordered room service, out food came relatively fast and was delicious.

They use the card system instead of keys. The card is also used in theelevator, gave a secure feeling - only hotel guests could use theelevators. The hotel is also big on health!!! Most hotels would put a chocolate on your pillo - The hotel was in a great location, right on the doorstep of all the main attractions of Berlin and even opposite the Topography of Terrors Museum. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always polite and could speak perfect English. They even rang a restaurant for ten minutes trying to get us a reservation. The room was very spacious and clean and had all the facilities you would require.

The staff was very helpful in providing excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.

Absolutely excellent hotel, which is definitely on 5 stars level, helpful staff, ideally clean and nice designed rooms. Generally, the hotel was much better than expected to be.

Excellent location, <5 min walk to Gendarmenmarkt and 5min walk to German Dome. Closest metro stop is Hausvoigtel which is on a great line and can take you (without changing lines) to the Zoo or Ku-damm (shopping area). Wifi is free, stable, and reasonably fast. Hotel rooms are very well appointed and smart. Some great dining options closeby like Chipps for breakfast. All in all would stay again - really a nice hotel.

We chose this hotel both for location and price for a long, Xmas market weekend.
