When I had the sightseeing in the down town,I found my Visa card lost!!!!In that moment,I'm really nervous,I went back to the hostel,I can't believe I would get my card back from the front desk,I think they are very friendly and professional because they keep my card!!!!I felt super thankful to the clew,and the room is clean and bid,so I think the price is reasonable and acceptable,the breakfast also is really good,this hostel is suitable for everyone!!.
所有评语 » I was very well met at the desk when I arrived. The place was very well organised. Clean. WC and shower directly from the room! First class! I was only there a night while I was at a conferens in town, so I had no need nor time to use all the facilities. Though the hostel is located outside the city of Heidelberg and the Altstadt (Old City), the hostel is located next to a bus stop. The hotel sells bus bus tickets too. The hostel has a great breakfast in the morning. We wanted to try the experience of the jugendherberge, though we are not members of any of the associations. It was interesting, and very much like a university dormatory. The room was very clean and comfort. The price was good. The breakfast was good. A very well managed and good value hostel. Functional room competent and friendly staff good, diverse meal. Helpful staff clean rooms good breakfast. good location, clean and economical. If free wifi may be provided。. clean, new building. New and clean. all good. The transport is convenient. There has bus arrive directly. The staff is friendly and help us call the cab because we need to catch the train early in the morning. Modern hostel, very spacious and clean, good breakfast. friendly staff, I liked the design of the hotel. Various menu of breakfast and clearness. It's a quiet and nice hostel. Colazione. small but very clean. Though it is far from alt stadt, but it is easy to take Bus no 32 /31 between downtown and Hostel. In addition, it is pleased to meet young friends over the world. The location is good. In total there was nothing I relly did not like. Maybe a nostalgic memory of hostels of my youth (I am now 61 years old) when they cost nearly nothing, you had to help clean before you could leave, no running hot water, etc.. but that was then!. There were limited parking spaces directly outside the hotel. But there is still free parking 5 minutes away from the hotel. On a warm summer day, the room can get heated due to there being no air conditioning in the rooms. If you are a member of a jh association this would be economical. Since we were not, I had to pay extra fees, and in the end, could have stayed in a decent hotel for the same money. Paid wifi is only available in public area. The hostel is a little far away from city center. But considering with the price, all are acceptable. When I set up om my bed I always hit the bed above. Floor of the bathroom is not even and conducive for the flowing of water. The hotel said booking charges 5 euros fo人service which it does not declare in the confirmation letter. - no kitchen or fridge available in the hostel. It is even forbidden to bring in own food. - internet only in reception area and it costs 5 EUR/day. Lunches and dinners have to be pre-ordered but you learn that just when you want to get food. There's no shop near the hotel. The fees are too expensive. There has extra fee not show on the website about using the room fees. All the fees adding together is too expensive. Kinda pricey (~30euro for a bed in a 4 bed room), wifi is not free, not very close to the city center. there is a lot of small flies in the room. Fortunately they don't bite. There is no TV set and no soap in the room. A staff gave me a wrong room. So the original guest made me wake up and I had to move other room with my all of baggages in midnight. I was so angry but there is no any service as compensation. That made me upset much more. The waiter made some mistakes about the fee. But she give back my money. CAR parking A bit too expensive for a youth hostel. One has to pay for the Internet. no specials. Single tourist only allowed to live in the ground floor.Other flooors are only for group tourists. It is discrimination against single tourist. Same price,different service. Some staff are not friendly.
