Though this is a two start hotel, this is the best hotel that I have ever stayed during my 10 days trip in Germany! I love the staff a lot! They're super friendly! They even helped to plan for our trip! Their advise on the sightseeing was great! The room itself was superb too. The hotel offered us a room with a private door to the back garden, which with kids, it would make everything fantastic especially on a snowing day! My kid just enjoyed his stay so much as he can walked out of the room fr.
所有评语 » This is a "designer" hotel and every turn had surprises. Memory foam beds - so comfy. Chalet-looking balconies overlooking a castle on the hill. Great showers. Good breakfast. Fast internet. Our 2 rooms (one couple per room) each had room for a small family. Ours had a larger-than-usual queen bed, a single and a bunk built into the elaborate headboard. Our married kids room had the large queen, 3 stacked bunks and a little kitchenette. Unexpected. Beautiful linens. Would go again an. Wonderful hotel: very friendly staff, large trampoline & garden for the children, ping pong table & lawn chairs out in good weather. Our room (#2) was terrific with essentially 3 rooms (main bedroom, smaller bedroom with bunk beds, eating area, kitchen area, & large bathroom with shower. Great location (only 10 min drive from the castles). Füssen area was beautiful with the Lech River & well maintained Altstadt (Old Town). Restaurant Kelari was delicious!. The hotel is so cozy and clean and staff so nice and helpful; it was such a pleasure staying there that I will definitely stay there again. And the price was right. Their breakfast was well worth the 8 Euros it cost. And what a beautiful view of the mountains and of the Fussen castle right out of my window! The location was very close to everything. As a bonus I was given a free bus card to travel to the castles as much as I wanted. Everything is so cool! Very interesting design of rooms & building itself. Tasty breakfast, extreemly friendly stuff. There's also table tennis, tennis & badminton rackets, balls so u can play it when you want. Trampoline for children. court is beautiful for itself with different flowers, you can also have a breakfast there. Magnifesent landscape view from window. Free wifi. Convinient location, just near railway station. A really beautiful, clean B&B - we could sit outside on our own balcony and enjoy the view. The room was lovely and clean - and without kids could have been very romantic. Breakfast was great - as was the free wifi for the kids. The staff were friendly and helpful and even did my washing for me free of charge. It's an easy walk into town for dinner and the castles are amazing. We would love to go back. Spacious room with separate area with bunk beds and table and 4 chairs. Large bathroom with plenty of linen and toiletries. Location was excellent, easy to find with good free onsite parking. Staff excellent in recommending restaurants, tourist info etc. The view from the room was stunning, quite a lot of snow around, lovely atmosphere. Glad we have another night stay here at the end of our German holiday. The bathroom was very nice and the large shower was great. Enjoyed having a table for 4 and bunk beds, in addition to having a large bed and another bed in the main room. We did not ever use the kitchen but it is nice to have. The location in town is very good, quick walk to the train station once we found the hotel (we walked the wrong way and ended up taking a long time to find it at first). Second stay here. Absolutely fantastic place. Location to markets and restaurants an easy walk. Views from the hotel windows alone are breathtaking, balconey views unbelievable. Close to the Castles either by car or cross the park and catch the bus. Staff is very friendly. Wonderful breakfast, comfortable rooms. Can't say enough, we are looking forward to returning again. the staff were so helpful and friendly, the breakfast was of such high quality with amazing choice, everything you wanted was there. We had dinner at the sister hotel - Sonnenhof which was on the main street and again the food and service here was faultless and the menu was very reasonable. I do not have a bad word to say about this hotel. Will definatley return if in the area. Colourful room and our balcony had the best views of Fussen castle, the alps & town. Proximity to town barely 5 minutes walking, just great and you are given a Fussen card to use for your stay for bus travel which got us to Neuchwanstein in the castle area for free & only 10 minutes away. Fussen is just the loveliest little town on the Lech River. Lovely breakfast. The staff were immediately welcoming and keen to pass on their knowledge and their sheer passion for the area. We were given a choice of 3 rooms, each being absolutely immaculate! I am very well travelled; however, this hotel, with these staff, in this location, is by far one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. Thank you! 10/10! Perfect. Room is clean. Staffs are friendly and enthusiastic to provide guest about tour information. Good locations and hotel is only 3 minutes walks from station(there's bus stops, parking lot and one park just besides Fuessen station, go through the park, you'll see the hotel which is across the circle road). very happy to stay here. Our stay here was AWESOME. It is a beautiful hotel, one block from the pedestrian center in town. We stayed in the family rooms- 4 and 5 bed rooms- spacious, luxurious, and such a decent price. It was amazing- stay here for fun!! and Neuschwanstein is only 5 minutes away- so great to get there early on your second day. The room could have comfortably handled 5 people but there were only 3 of is. Kitchenette, large bathroom, two separate rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast was ok and for the price made this a great buy. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the old part of Fussen with many choices for eating, shopping. Lovely hotel with very comfortable and spotless accommodations - we had a large room with separate eating area and back door to the garden. The breakfast was superb - great location walking distance to the train station. Close to shops and restaurants in the village centre. Fantastic value!. This our 2nd time at this hotel and the experience gets better each time. Great staff and location. The hotel is more like a boutique hotel, with very picturesque rooms. She came to meet us at the train station after hours as our train arrived late. The building itself is attractive with the balcony's and veranda to sit and enjoy the garden. A really good breakfast and good value for money. Well positioned in the town. Not far to the castles. I recommend this hotel for anyone who seeks confort allied to good price. The strongness is certainly the cordiality of all the Staff, specially García, the guy at reception. The hotel deserves to be ranked 3 stars at least... They gave us a free upgrade without asking, to an enormous suite with kitchen and balcony, bigger than our condo at home! Don't be put off by the two stars rating -- I think that's only because there's no lift. Charming, well located and spacious hotel with great service from very friendly staff. Though the finishes of the bathroom were all brand new, green and very clean, there was really only one narrow shelf under the mirror to set anything, and that's where the drinking glasses were set out. You couldn't really set out shaving/make up supplies. Mosquitos in the garden at night ---- but that is normal for summer time in Europe. There was nothing I did not like. nothing, it was all great. No ac or fan of any kind, it was high 80's and very hot. We could barely sleep. We had several windows we had to open and a little Leary being on the ground floor. All the rooms vs furniture is a tight squeeze. Little strange sitting on horse hair? benches at breakfast area. No elevator but the manager kindly helped us up with our cases on arriving, which was great. There is nothing to dislike. Perfect!. nothing. Parking is not as comfortable but nothing to be worried about when you get to stay in this cute place. :). No elevator. Nothing really except we had arrived late due to a long trip and there were no cups or utensils to make anything to eat or drink. Wifi connection was spotty. Our room was very small. This was somewhat compensated by the balcony with a great castle view. Disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price, as it was with other hotels we stayed in. slow wifi network in the room. Wifi connection a little spotty. While there was a cooking hot plate we were asked not to cook anything. In fairness there was a electric kettle and we could make our own tea/coffee. No elevators. Breakfast €8 pp. nothing that I can think of!. TV could've used English options, but wasn't a deal breaker... didn't spend a lot of time in the room. The many stairs to the top floor. It is hard when you are not Jung any more. Staff should of considered our age when booking. There was no table in the room to write on. The lack of sound proofing was somewhat bothersome, but for the price and the short length of my stay, quite tolerable. Nothing to complain everything was really good. No fans in the hotel. Nothing. Our stay was to short. No lift. Word of honour - nothing!.
