the staff were very pleasant and worked effeciently, the room was very clean and breakfast was basic but tasty and fresh, location normally could be good but the construction work outside was noisy and caused a lot of dirt, on the whole a comfortable budget hotel with little to complain about. The location is really amazing, through window, we can see the river and the beautiful tower ,the river view gave us a remarkable travel experience. Moreover, it's very easy to go to the south bank's museums, they are excellent.

I loved this hotel and would recommend it highly. Not too near the train station, but close enough to walk there in about 6 minutes. Staff friendly and efficient. Good price. The room and especially the bathroom was far too small making showering and using the toilet very difficult . The room provides almost nowhere to hang clothes and in winter when clothes can get wet this meant that the room became a steam bath with clothes hanging either over the door or tv. Rooms at the front are noisy - busy road outside, no fridge in the room, no safe in the room, no power sockets near the bed - just 2 under the desk, towels too small and thin. I thought 10 euros for breakfast was a little high but it was good, and sufficient. No room service. no free wifi in the room. The double room is to small to feel comfortable, there is no space to arrange things, particularly if you are going to stay for a long time. Small room and bathroom, no amenities, no mini bar, a safety box. Heating does not work during the summer and for hosts from South Spain nights in Germany are still too cold. Rooms are very small, fine for a single night on a business trip, less appealing if you're on a long holiday with a fair bit of luggage - but we knew this would be the case (excuse pun!). Free wifi just in the lounge, small room and tiny bathroom. Sometimes the various baskets were running out of food but the staff were a bit slow to replace them with the new fresly cooked items. Room is rather small though it specifies 22 sq.m.Even smaller than those specifying 15 or 16 sq.m. 2. Location not too close to the main railway station, need about 10-15 min.'s walk. 3. Rate for wifi in the room is rather high. The staff are not to friendly or welcoming, this is not a real problem, but if thought it could be highlighted as it is a chain hotel & you may expect something different. The rooms were really small. My partner is tall so the bathroom was quite a problem! When sat on toilet his knees touched the wall! Also shower cubicle tiny. Not enough space for clothes we had ours scattered all over the room. Same as my last review. room size is bit shorter, very congested place to stay. if U have A plan for spending single night during the trave or break journey then its ok. This definitely is a budget hotel in a way I haven't noticed at an Ibis before. The room we had was fine but small - had a Formula 1 (French brand) feel to it. Location is almost 1/2 km from train station and about 1 km from the city center. they charged more than the booking rate. they charged that day price of 189 Euro/day for 2 days. we changed our booking from 3 days to 2 days. Very small room size. Very small toilet. No space in room. No facility like refrigerator, tea cattle, Cap-board, toiletries were there.
