  I think my trip to Berlin would have not been the same if I stayed somewhere else. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bathrooms were modern and cleaned every day, and the social area always had people willing - I was in a 6 bed room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom had 3 showers and the water was hot which I liked the most. The hostel was convenient to the west city center. There's a underground station next to it. The stuff were all very friendly and very helpful. They introduced the whole city to us and marked the popular places to go on the map for us, saved us lots of time. Love this....

  The service for the personal - I was surprised - I hardly stay in Hostels (prefer hotels), because I always get quite stressed to what I'll find whenever I reach them. Extremely friendly welcome attendant (thrusday Oct 2nd, at night). I would come back to stay in a single room again.

  Pfefferbett is a really cool hostel that's been recently renovated. It's modern and clean and has a range of excellent facilities. Luggage storage is handy and the buffet breakfast for €6.50 is great value and has good variety. Room with private bathroom was really nice and very clean. Fairly big secure locker included in the price, each bed has a light and electricity socket, my room had a private bathroom too even if not specified in the booking, not sure if all rooms have it.

  It's a cheap hostel that has great location- very close to the S-bahn (S5, S7, S75), U-bahn (U1), some trams and there's 24h supermarket (Kaisers) in front of the hostel. Rooms are clean, pretty big and heaters fortunately works. It's a tenement house but it's really nice. You share the bathroom with only 2 rooms. I didnt feel scared to leave my stuff in the room. Staff was very helpful and useful, they advice us many time exactly to locations we wanted and we were pleased with that.   Our double room was very simple, only two beds in the room. However, the room has air heating and external window. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and willing to help. The hotel has a good connection with train and tram to city center, and in near by area there are big supermarkets and MacDonald.
