Excellent location (very good connection with Berlin Schonefeld Airport, easy to get to main attractions) around many shops, restaurants and short distance to Lidl, very nice and very clean apartment with all facilities what we need (kettle, fridge, toaster), comfortable beds, very helpful and friendly staff, good price for apartment in the center of the city. If we were in Berlin again, we would stay there again :).
所有评语 » We arrived late at night, but the check-in was no problem as the key was stored in a safety box which we opened with a pin code we received in our online bill. The location is fantastic. Right near the Ku'Damm and close to shopping and restaurants. The apartment was big and very modern. A very good value for money. This was the second time that we stayed at AMC Ku'damm. We like that you are right in the centre of the town and easily can access shops and restaurants. Very convenient with the parking house under the hotel. Like to have a kitchen in the room, it's easy to fix your own breakfast. Great location. While there is no reception on site at late hours, still they can provide check in method for those who arrive at the hotel late. Moreover, we forgot the room key inside the room at night, the staff came to let us in within 20 mins after we called. Appreciated. Great location. Rooms very clean with nice decor. Having cooking facilities is a great plus if you don't want to go out to eat. The breakfasthas a lot of variety. The hotel was definately value for money considering the location and other facilities. absolutely inlove with this hotel. We have ordered small studio but it was really big and very comfortable. Loction was great!! The best way to shopping and also 6 minutes from S-bahn. Recommend for all. It's centralized. Very close to the train station. Easy to get in and out of the apt, no hassle from anyone. And the restaurant that cater for the breakfast - Carisma Cafe, is amazing!. A bit noisy from the disco, but we were on the 5th floor then it wasn't so irritated, but good idea is to take earplugs with you in case. TV channels only in German language. Can't complain. The furniture feels a bit cheap and are sometimes falling apart. In our room some of the bed lamps where loose and one of the beds felt like it would break. Booking confirmation we received in email are in German only. We couldn't read it. nothing. I don't think the staff sweep the floor; or change the bedsheet. No sitting to relax type of chair, armchair. Sitting on dining chairs for long I got very hot legs. Had no real issues, reception being open longer than it currently is may be useful but not something we required during our stay. The bicicles were not in good condition, it is better to rent them somewhere else. Weekend crowd and noise from night club. Nothing. noise from the club. The noisy disco, and the hot water (very poor). hol is smell bad. Needs : Wash machine. parking on street too difficult, parking in garage too expensive (extra expense), inconvenient parking. view from room was terrible, noise from disco at night. everything really small: frmo elevators to rooms Rooms are clean but corridors and entrance can be cleaner Sound from disco is really disturbing on Wednesday and Friday. very noisy because of the disco in the cellar, especially when the guests were leaving. This went on all night until app. 6.00 a.m. in the morning. . It will not be my option for next time. Not very comfortable, and it is not what you expect.
