The location so close to Pankow Bhf, with easy tram, bus, S- and U-Bahn access to the city. A massive space for three. Overall pretty quiet. Location, accomodation. Will definitely book this place again. 10 out of 10!!!.

WiFi was useless the whole time, constantly broadcasting a very poor signal, which made it unusable. Staff claimed the problem would be fixed and later that the signal was ok, but this was not the case. If you advertise WiFi, it should work, people expect this.
Apart from this, it was a pleasant place to stay.
That you had to keep resiging into the apartments.
