I don't know if this is policy or just individual kindness from the receptionist, but it has caused us to make Quality Hotels our go-to hotel chain in future travels. It was excellent value ofcourse. The kitchen has everything one needs including a microwave, but bring your own utensils. The rooms were clean and everything was in order.

Bar is opened 24 Hours and Taxis are also available 24 Hours. Overall very good - Helpful and pleasant desk staff who all seemed to speak good English. The hotel must be very new - everything was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Room was quite large by German standards, with twin beds, a sofa, and desk with chair. Bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast buffet (included) was very good.
