Nice hotel staff, very good access to the airport, the coach goes to the airport on demand. The rooms were very clean. It was really nice to stay there. Very nice, clean rooms. Close to the airport with convenient airport shuttle. Staff was friendly and very helpful.The children enjoyed the swimming pool and the fact we could eat by the pool and keep an eye on them was a bonus.

Location as I had an early morning flight. We ate in the hotel restaurant. Food was lovely and the service was excellent. pleasant staff, good food, pool, surprisingly quiet despite location so close to airport. Walking distance and /or free shuttle to airport terminal. Convenient and secure free parking and premises. Good size room and bathroom. It was very handy for an early flight home at the end of our holiday,and the service and food we had at dinner was excellent.Friendly and helpful staff who gave correct information when asked. Quiet yet very close proximity to airport. Convenient for airport, meal was very good, price was reasonable for facilities, pool very appreciated. Outside eating. Good screening of restaurant and pool from the airport. A real rural retreat. the pool was wonderful as was the dinner at the restaurant. Convenience for airport and shuttle bus service. Excellent quick and friendly free shuttle service to the airport departure hall. I also noticed there was a call button outside the arrivals hall for use to call the shuttle when arriving. The receptionist was friendly and efficient.Location to Airport, The swimming pool, The appearance of the area around the hotel ( lots of trees etc) didnt give you the impression you were near an airport, but rather out in the suburbs. Location and access to airport was excellent. Poolside dining and breakfast were excellent.The convenience of being so close to the airport as we had an early am flight. Quick transportation from and to airport. It was close to airport, shuttle service arrived straight away when called. It was very quiet. It was just perfect for what we needed it for, an airport hotel after a late arrival into marseille and leaving in the morning again. It was so close to airport, hardly any travelling when we got off the plane. The hotel courtesy bus to the terminal building was excellent. The proximity to the airport -- you can see the hotel when you walk out of the terminal building.Very small restaraunt and bar but the food was good and the staff were very helpful. Not long enough. Another Englsh channel on TV would have been good.We didn't find it straight forward to enter through the hotel gates! Some instructions would have been helpful. It took a while to find the hotel within the airport - a few extra signposts would have helped.There were not enough staff. The bar was "closed" most of the late afternoon because the "barman " was driving the airport shuttle. the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. There were only two English language tv channels, both news channels, and only one pay per view film available. Not a problem for an overnight stay but ... Wifi should be free, as a service to guests.Pretty expensive, but you're paying for the location. They advertised an equipped fitness room: Three machines in a dingy cupboard sized room. I would recommend as a one night only stay over.In the morning leaving at 5.15 I did like the cure for receptionist to check out and certainly I did not like the bus driver behavior - she was late! and during the stops at different ports of airport she did not announced the stops and passengers had to manage with shuttle bus door and their bags, bus drives just sat having no want to answer passengers questions. Taxi fare very expensive to get to centre. Restaurant could use a facelift. I was missing signs how to walk from the terminal to the hotel (which was clearly visible). The problem being all the fences on the parking lot.breakfast - it is still not continental, just a somewhat improved French one dominated by coffee and croissant. impersonal. Chaos at Breakfast....not enough staff for th epeak period. Table cordoned off..... the hotel bus didn't go since we arrived after 24:00. 15 minutes walk.staff was cold and rude; television had hardcore pornography previews that came up without warning at all times of the day. Completely unacceptable.
