  The staff were very friendly and couldn't have done more for us. The room was tastefully decorated but a bit on the small side. The room was very clean and fresh towels were delivered every day. The hotel is ideally situated with regard to all of the major tourist attractions in the city. Near the hotel there are - We stayed 3 nights in a triple room on the 2nd floor overlooking the front of the hotel. The room was a good size as we could fold the 3rd bed up to the wall giving more floor space and an extra shelf. The room was very effectively sound proofed, clean, with good hanging and shelf space, desk space with chair plus a large en suite with shower. The location in the old city was excellent with restaurants nearby and easy access to transport. English spoken by reception staff.
