  The coutreous, friendly staff went out of their way to assist. For us the location was great in a quiet spot, easy to park car.   Lovely place to stay right between the main rail station and the city centre - five mins walk each way. The place was immaculate and very comfortable. The little kitchenette in the single room apartment was well enough equipped and we would have used it if we had stated longer. The balcony was nice although too chilly for us to use this time. VERY comfortable just the right size for 3 would have done 4 but "cosier" . Looked as if it had recently been refurbished. Staff were friendly and helpful and the spa etc looked nice- we didn't use. Was very quiet when we there no traffic noise but maybe in the height of season it could have been a little noisy from other apartments ? Would thoroughly recommend and will be looking for other appartments in the privilege group for future stays.

Ideal for shopping restuarants etc. we had booked a superior suite which was lovely. It was at the back of the hotel, so quiet and peaceful. The Capoul restuarant was excellent and the staff in he restuarant were willing to recommend dishes. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Toulouse.

  The hotel was clean, secure (including the car park arrangements) and well organised. We shared with friends who used the fold out bed in the lounge, so it needs a bit of organisation for privacy, which was fine. Other reviews refer to an 'unsafe' area. A good 20 minutes walk to the centre, more if you stop at shops and cafes, but metro is - Privilege Appart was very convenient. It was quite close city centre, many local restaurants of all type from pizza to fine dining, and tourist attractions. Reception other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the secure parking was very useful. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed to eat in.
