Talk about a surprise! We were thrilled with our room. What a nice hotel. The room was extra clean, the hotel clerk was really helpful even with limited English. The shuttle was on time and the drivers were helpful with getting you to the right gate at the airport. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing we had to pick from were the recommendations, hope this helps. The room was very large, tastefully decorated and comfortable. We needed more towels in the room and the staff responded immediately. No problem with taking the shuttle to the airport, I think that we waited the expected 15mn or so before seeing one. I will definitely plan on staying at this hotel again when we come back for more vacations in France.
所有评语 » Great hotel an great location near the CDG Airport, a trully shoking surprise of how nice decoration and great staff. Something interesting: you can go 24hr to reception and they sell food and beverages that you can cook in your room's microwave. The airport shuttle is a great service. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very impressive, very big for European Standards and a pleasant all around experience. The only downer was the lack of a restaraunt but at the end it didn't matter the hotel was great overall.The room was very comfortable, clean, and the bathroom/shower was way above average for this price range. Very convenient to the Paris airport (CDG). very classy room ; use of the internet in the lobby; quiet ; shuttled available for airport and to train station; optional breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. A great location and value for the money. I would definitely recommend this hotel!. The suites are stunning. Having a beautiful park across the street is great for exercising and relaxing. This is a great choice for transit travelers. Public transportation into the city is easy but takes about an hour. Everything was perfect. I stayed at the hotel on my birthday on a return trip from Vienna, the flight was delayed for 2 hrs and my wife had called to say happy birthday and the staff mentioned it to me immediately I showed up. Also the room was beautiful and clean, I couldn't have asked for anything more on my BD. The shuttle was on time too.We only stayed one night, however everything was made easy. They had made up the sofa bed before we arrived which was great because it was late and we have small children. The room was clean . The transfers to and from the airport were very easy, especially as they now go to terminal 1 as well as terminal 2. night manager on May 23 very knowledgeable,, easy for friends to park, easy and free access to terminal for T2 flights, rooms clean and comfortable, flight info available in bar, availability of frozen meals and wine which would make it easier to have last night with friends in room rather than going out. The rooms were spacious and very modern. The internet service and movies offered were a blessing. The bed was comfortable and hotel staff was courteous and knowledgeable pertaining to flight schedules. Suites ByMdb is so close to CDG Airport. Perfect for business travel and meetings. Very friendly staff. This is a notably good "suite style hotel. Mdb was new to us and we found it very well designed and up-to-date. Since this hotel is located next to CDG, one would think that all airline numbers are available at the front desk. The person did not offer to get it for us. The other negative was the "smell" outside of the hotel; it could have been a "rendering plant" nearby--. their shuttle runs half as often as the hotel next door...would have been nice to not wait 40 minutes vs 20 minutes. The complimemntary in-room coffee was only provided during the first day. Also, while there was a kitchen, there were no dishcloths or soap or cooking utensils (spatula etc) for the two pots provided.dark reception. SHuttle bus while convenient, should pay attention to the attitude of the drivers as this is the first contact with the hotel and determines ones perceptions of the hotel. Breakfast room is a little small. Airport shuttle was not in time.The pdf directions posted on their website were not clear about finding the shuttle bus from Terminal 1 or 3. single room very small. the toilet did need to be fixed, it kept running. am mangers not aware of shuttle only going to Terminal 2, option of continental bfkt for 7 euros not written, unable to print out boarding pass due to "lack of toner" but I did not pursue with staff as they were busy. Restaraunt on site would be nice. Although there was free wifi throughout the hotel, and a computer in the lobby for those who didn't have their own, there was no printer available for printing boarding passes in advance.selection of food for late arrivals was not good. Little far from the city. Also since its new there is no restaurant.You should be amazing to have another Suite ByMdb in the city centre...at the same price. Bathtub design is awkward and creates water on the floor. Staff could not provide clear directions to a gas station where we could fill up before returning our rental car at the airport. This is a standard need for travelers coming to an airport and a printed map with the nearest station would be extremely useful. When making the reservation online, it would have been helpful to have a clear, detailed map of the complicated approach to the hotel. We arrived at 2pm and checkin was at 3pm. The room was not still not ready. The initial staff member we met was not overly helpful or friendly. She was very abrupt. Subsequent staff we dealt with were very nice. The hotel is close to the airport but is not for someone who would like to go in to Paris.If you want to use the sofa bed you must tell them in advance. They don't provide bed linens anywhere in the room. So, don't wait until you are exhausted and ready to fall into bed before you do this. I would like to have more information about the shuffle timetable at my arrival (I informed the hotel of my late arrival at night, it would have been great to receive by mail some information about the shuffle - whether there was one available at that time or not). Anyway once arrived at the hotel the staff was great and gave us every info we needed.noisy repairs. Staff should speak better english as it is the first internationnal language..no business center to print my boarding pass no restaurant.
