The hotel was in a quiet area but very close to the airport terminal. Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with new furnishings and fittings. The buffet dinner in the Vent de Rose restaurant was superb and very good value for money. A most pleasant stay!

Good location, close to the airport, staff were nice
there is no direct train station nearby, one must go to the airport first with the shuttle (which was actually very good and timely) and then either into the city or back to the hotel.
Rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable. There was still a slight odor from the freshly painted walls, but I quite enjoyed the new look. The staff were so helpful!! With the windows closed, I could not hear the jets taking off and landing from the airport, but the hotel's proxemity to the hotel was what initially attracted me. The free shuttle the next morning was on time and efficient.
It was a little dark in the bathroom for putting on make-up.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room lovely and clean.Dinner was excellent (a buffet) and a fairly good value by French standards--actually by American hotel standards, too. The wait staff was alsoexcellent. The location is only for the need to stay near cdg or totravel by car elsewhere as the small town of Roissy has nothing to offerthat I could see.
I thought the room was a little expensive and breakfast was veryexpensive at 14 euros, but if you like a very light breakfast, the roomhad very good tea and coffee and delicious sweet shortbread biscuits.

Conveniently located for cdg airport with a regular, efficient shuttleservice to the terminals and the local sncf/rer station. Travelling intoParis is a breeze.
On my last day, the driver of the airport bus was extremely rude. I willfile details when I return to the hotel on August 1.

It took us 1 hour and 20 minutes to reach our departure gate from thehotel. Shuttle bus had a circuitous route, trying to meet the needs ofall three terminals and drop offs plus pick ups. Also, not enoughshuttles and bus could not cope with buggage. Charles de Gaulle isstressful enough without this shuttle problem. No taxis.
Comfortable clean room and proximity to airport
No elevator from underground parking to the lobby.... had to carry heavy bag in a small corridor of stairs. However, I believe there might have been another parking behind that I did not see...
Everything was comfortable and worked properly.
The shuttle service to the airport was too crowded and irregular. they advertise a shuttle every 15 minutes but they don't all go to the same terminal. This information was not passed on to us by the staff when we enquired.

The room was very spacious. It was very clean and comfortable. The coffee/tea and snacks in the room were great. The staff were very helpful and professional. The shuttle bus to the airport and the RER was very convenient in terms of easy access to Paris.The restaurant had a great menu and the buffets were great. The childrens discount when dining with parents was a great bonus.
Would have liked a bar fridge, bottled water, body cream, conditioner and shower caps. Would have been nice to have a store onsite or nearby to purchase these items as they were not available. I know that for next time, I will take these items with me just in case.
