very good location, the apartment is very close to the metro station(5 min.) and supermarket.
Location, no doubt.

Going downtown is not that difficult, close to a metro station.
When we arrived the key was not in the safebox!!! we had to call the owner for new instructions,

The walls are very thin, there was noise coming from inside the building and also from the streets.
Staff not at all. Key was not in the safebox, we had to call the owners and find out where the key is. We arrived at 11:00 in the unclean room. The room cleared to 16-00. All communication by mail and safebox.
It was no comfort in the bathroom (too small.no shelves)
There wasn"t right adress in booking .com - house 2 instead 46.
The room is convinient only for 3 people not for 4,
There wasn't things fof cleaning the room (duster and s.o).
The service is managed like mission impossible, everything is done through instructions, code numbers and DIY
Some of the instructions given were not very clear for guests to follow.
The apartment was poorly maintained. Some ceiling lights were not working, towels were not change throughout our stay.
