The staffs were very helpful. We booked the room months before and whatever questions we had about the area (from where to park etc) they responded very quickly. It's a charming little hotel with chic restos and cafes nearby. The room is small but clean, and they welcomed us with a tin of freshly baked cookies on the bed. Very cute! We had dinner at the hotel's cafe and it was excellent. The location is also great, only short walking distance to the eiffel.

All very charming and very "contemporary parisian" like anything else bearing the Costes name. High quality toiletries. Espresso machine in the room a very nice touch - by the way we were upgraded to a superior room which was of course much appreciated. Friendly and professional staff. Full marks, merci beaucoup!. Perfect location, I have lived in the area before and it was nice to return. Very charming hotel, small rooms but very comfortable and very clean. Great staff who helped with everything (transfers, restaurant bookings etc.). Not recommended for family with kids due to the small size of the room. It's perfect for 2 people with small-medium size suitcases. The whole hotel had one problem that day... Hot water was only lukewarm. Also, ipads should always be reset by staff when the room is cleaned - "ours" still had the previous customer's email on!. Double room a good size but without a desk. Rules it out as a business hotel. Walls are quite thin - you can hear guests and staff walking by and in their rooms, although not enough to prevent sleeping. Lack of elevator. We didin't like the fact that we could not choose anything for breakfast. It was delightful, but too much salty things instead of sweet things like marmalade and chocolate. As a boutique hotel te formal services are less. We were flying lufthansa and there was a strike . The front desk should have told us this since they knew we were going to the airport. The space for the room is not too big, but it is enough. No tea making facilities in room only coffee if you ordered tea it was 8 euros per cup .. Definitely not for anyone disabled ...staff will always help you up the stairs with your bags though. Nothing. Room decoration is interesting. Lack of a North-American style shower. Globally the place is very pretentious and over rated; the staff is not very efficient; i had a booking that was not considered by the hotel so i could stay only one night instead of 4; during 3 hours they could not find another hotel and did not even offer an orange juice!.
