Staff was very helpful.
The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The location of the hotel is great. It's a block or so off the Champ Elysees. There's a Metro station nearby, and most attractions are within walking distance. The room was nice and clean. It was larger than I expected after reading some reviews. I originally thought the breakfast fee was a little high, but it's actually in line with the area.
I thought the Internet access fee was too high, although I ended up not needing it.

Really nice small hotel in perfect location - just in the middle of everything interesting in Paris. Also small hotel gives you this cozy homely feeling.
I did not take the breakfast, because why would you if there are plenty of excellent patisseries in close neighborhood of the hotel that offer better breakfast for the same price? But everything else was excellent about the hotel.

The Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had necessary gadgets. The location was excellent and only a 5 min walk to the Champs Elysees.
The air conditioning was not working and the double bed was too small for 2 adults. The rooms facing the road had too much noise too early in the morning.
