The stuff was very friendly and polite, they helped us with infos about the subway working hours and also helped us to get a cab to the airport. The room was cleaned every day. The location was also good: very close to the subway, about 100m away from Carrefour express market and 100m away from the Velos bicycles from Paris. 1.the location is good. take the line 9 and get off at the Charonne metro station, go outside through exit 3 by rue de Belfort. it is only a 5-minute walk~ 2.the room is spacious, nice and clean. 3.the free map at the reception desk is very useful. 4.the friendly staff is always at your service~.
所有评语 » The staff was very helpful when we were there in planning excursions, how to get places, etc. and speaking very good English was super-helpful for us! Also liked that the toilet and sink were in the same room, as that was not the case in all places in France!. very friendly staff, comfortable and clean, value for money, not pretentious the breakfast was simple but fresh and enjoyable. The location for me was good as the private hospital was practically next door. All the Staff were very friendly and helpful which is a definate plus. The inhouse Airport shuttle was very convenient and reasonably priced it also greatly reduces the stress levels at departure time !. Wonderful warm welcome, the staff appear quite ready to help with any requests. The hotel is very clean and despite its location in central paris is quiet and peaceful. I would certainly return. It was reasonable value for what we wanted - a room to sleep in at night. Easy to get to, between the the metro stops Charonne and Voltaire. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was very good, and the hotel was prefectly located in relation to the metro. just what you hope for from a budget hotel. clean, quiet, good location, nice 24 hr reception. good value. Price was very reasonable for Paris. Location was good for us, near to Bastille which is one of our favorite places in Paris. Nearest metro station is 5 minutes walk. The staffs were friendly and helpful. It was near metro station, super market and bakery. The hotel had taxi service to the airport, it was comfortable and value for money. I stay last year and i like this hotel.This year i had internet in the room and also they give me the new room. Location near two metro lines so it was easy to get into Paris. It has a good price/quality relation. (small) lift, near by metro, market. responsible hotel keeper cheap. Good value for money. Staff is helpful. The room walls were a bit thin and you could hear noises from the next room. the heating is not working very well sometimes, and you would feel a little bit cold during the night. for the price, nothing. The lift is tiny but that is common for Paris. The elevator was a little small, but I'd stayed there before so I knew what to expect. bathroom needs refurbishment - but then it wouldn't be €60 p.n. in central paris!. The room was red-shocking and pretty small ( as usual in Paris). The breakfast was quite expensive. Nothing. Nothing except poor WiFi signal at 5th floor. Rooms need renovation. I found a hair in towels. The bath is old.also the bad is little bit unconfortable and you heard everything whan someone is going in the other room. Very small room. the wall is thin. so i heared many neighour sounds. too red curtain in the room. not easy to find. One more electrical outlet would have been nice... Room was too small.
