I was delighted with the fantastic location, and the ambience of the
apartment. Loved the ceiling beams, antique furnishings, very French
kitchenette with handmade tiles, and amazing original spiral staircase.
Also mod cons of the coffee pod machine, dishwasher, and excellent free
wi-fi. Steven was very responsive when we had a problem, which was much
appreciated.
Our pre-arranged late arrival went very smoothly due to the availability of agent Steven and when there were problems with the key he also made himself available: very impressed. The location was superb near the Seine, with shops and restaurants all nearby. WiFi worked faultlessly.所有 评语 »
The location was amazing. It is so close to everything and only 2 minutes from the metro. The Staff were great, and the room is so cute and French. After hearing about the room sizes in Paris I was surprised at the size of the lounge room and the value for money.
Apartment was very nice inside, it looked just like the pictures. The location was perfect too, it's right next to the river and the Chatelet Metro stop, which lots of Metro lines cross at. The representative turned up perfectly on time and was very helpful.
Communication all along was excellent. We had a very late arrival and were met by Vera who could not have been more helpful. The location was fantastic - a short walk to the Pont Neuf, Chatelet Metro and shops. Fabulous boulangerie over the road!.
Fantastic location, within 10 mins from Notre Dame, Lourve. Love the settings, nice characters ambience. Bakeries and supermarkets nearby. Apartment is well stocked, you can find all the things you need.
We were welcomed at Appartment Chatelet 100 by property manager, Stephen, who did everything possible to make our stay in Paris enjoyable; very kind and thoughtful.
Loved the location and living in a centuries old building. Liked the window seats and windows that opened. Right in the heart of Paris.
Older style property full of charachter..very paris! Great location away from the usual tourist hot spots. Would recommend to anyone :).
The apartment was clean and the heating was excellent as it was very
cold in Paris. The apartment was in a fantastic location.

The appartement was nicely situated with short walking distance to the seine, notre dame, louvren and and flower market. The metro was also found close by.
The appartement had everything we needed.
If I visit Paris again I would defenetly stay here again.
The apartment is very clean and classic. It is very close to the Seine and the main attractions in Paris. You can walk around very easily. In case we need transportation, the Metro station Chatelet is nearby.
Location was excellent- just 100 metres from Chatelet metro station which connects to several different lines. Steven, who helped us check in (owner of the apartment I think) was very cooperative.
This place is near by seine river. Too close any hot place.
The location is perfect, in the middle of Paris.
Maintenance of the apartment seems to have been neglected. Items that
need attention include ceiling fan (which we desperately needed in the
heat), lights outside and just inside the apartment, no plug in the
basin, shower door roller broken, knives blunt, worn out (split) cushion
covers. Never found the washing machine either...
The entrance looks dowdy and could be improved but once inside the apartment this is irrelevant.
It was a bit noisy but not too bad, we were staying there in the middle of the French summer and it was pretty hot, if it had a fan it would have been appreciated. But al in all I would stay there again!!.
It doesn't look great from the outside but don't le t that put you off! Also, you have to go up some tight stairs to get to the apartment, which is on the 1st floor, so that may be something families/older people want to consider.
Plug in bathroom basin did not seal!.
Internet is not stable, on and off at times, no parking though we parked in front of the apartment for 2 days and it was OK.

This was a 1 bed mezzanine style apartment. Bedroom was secluded & excellent as were the sofa beds in the lounge but as this was a very old style property at street level it was extremely noisey at night...but it wouldnt stop me returning :).
The pictures for the apartment are misleading, we thought we were
staying in the larger apartment with the parquet floor and the apartment
was actually quite small. The description should state that there are 2
flights of steep stairs to climb as we were with my 70 year old mum. We
only asked for additional tea and coffee to be left and it wasnt. The
apartment is also extremely noisy of a night.

Not a problem for us, but can be noisy at night.
Very noisy but to be expected in such location, very city center. In any case, take your ear plugs along!.
Bad kitchen stuff, dirty plates.
Stairs too narrow, difficult to access with luggage. For the same reason, it could be a challenge for older people.
I wish there was a sign ore a name tag of the hotel/appartement. When we first came It was easy to find the right street and adress but the door was very anonymous so we had to call help center for guidance.
Because it does not have air condition or electric fan, we have to open the windows 24 hours. Even so, we still felt hot in the apartment. More unfortunately, it is unbearably noisy even in midnight. The room was apparently not ready when we arrived because we did not have hair dryer or the other toiletries. Although the responsible manager replenished it the next day, but we still had to buy our own toilet papers for our 3-day stay in Paris.
Room looked much larger in the pictures- not advisable for a family of four adults like we were. The 2 flights of stairs leading up to the apartment are very narrow and it's difficult to lug large suitcases up.
So loud at mid night because theatre fans.
The shower is broken and has only warm water for less then 2 adults.
