  The owner/staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal or walikng into town center. The Voillle Sailing Regatta was in full swing...very exciting! My wife and I loved the owners resident dog and 21 year old cat! Breakfasts were delicious...the pool inviting! The outside bar fun!!   I liked the professional but relaxed attitude by the staff to guests. I would certainly stay there again.   Very clean and comfortable hotel. Location is great in terms of being close to the train station (makes getting in and out very easy), and nearby the train station there are also a lot of shops (like supermarket) and restaurants. However, it's a little further away from the pebble beach, the promenade, and the major shopping area (which is near th... 别人怎么说 » e coast) as well as Old Town Nice. (at least 20 min walk to all those) You can also take the tram alternatively. - Situated in the centre of Nice and within a couple of minutes walk of the main railway station, the hotel had a pretty Mediterranean courtyard garden. The rooms overlooked the garden and hence the hotel was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a relaxing atmosphere. The Promenade des Anglais is an easy 10 minute walk. Would stay there again.

  The staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival at the hotel and all the way through our stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was very spacious and clean. The small kitchen is more than adequate for preparing light snacks. Although we didn't use it there was also a dishwasher and microwave to use if required. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

  Beautiful building 15 minutes from the promenade and 10 minutes from the station, very helpful staff who could not speak English which helped improve my French no end. A really charming hotel - Good hotel location.

  The staff on reception couldnt have been more helpful, the room had a lot of character and location was excellent to get the real feel of nice. We loved Le Grimaldi it was better than I expected.
