We could walk to the airport! also very good bus links to the center of Nice.
It was a little hard actually getting to it, due to the roads - one way streets etc.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff, even thoughmost only spoke limited English, all tried to be as helpful as possible. This is a budget hotel and as such it fullfills its purpose very well. Great value and decent level of security.
Close to airport, easy reachable, cheap.
It was really close to the sea. Wonderful view from the room. The check in is flexible, and the staff was kind.
The room was small and a bit loud, as it was next to the elevator. We heared the "sixth floor" announcement a hundred times while we were there.

windows dont open and no facility for meals, it is very basic but thats what you pay for
Decent hotel. Parking was 6Euros and was a little hard to figure out how to get through all the gates.
The staff were excellent, I had a problem gaining caonnection to the wireless netwrok in my room. They kindly offered me a different room nearer to the reception. Rooms were of good size for money - near to all you need in Nice.
Shower was not the best - small price to pay when you consider the money it costs.
