Fabulous location and wonderful staff made our first experience to Nice a memorable one. We would most certainly return and use the facilities again. Spacious, light and airy, fabulous wet room, large fridge, small kitchenette with double ring, sink, microwave and mini dishwasher. Around and about: convenient for Casino Supermarket for grocery shopping, great to get around Nice on the Tram and to the beach, albeit a pebbled one, fabulous shopping centres, market and restaurants nearby and just .
所有评语 » We had a lovely stay there. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained. The hotel has a tram stop just outside, and it's cheap (1 euro 50) to get to the city centre / seafront. The train station Nice Riquier is a 10- minute walk away and it's one stop to the lovely resort of Villefranche. Great location: 10min away from beach and city centre (with tram, stop nearby), shopping centre 5min walk, train station (monaco, cannes trips) 10min walk distance. Neighbourhood not that nice and a bit dirty, but still can feel safe there. Small kitchen with a fridge in the room. Such a great location. Tram passes the apt to and from Nice. Bus 98 from the airport brings you to the terminal at Riquer Station. Then a 5 min walk only to these apts. Same on your return to Nice Airport. Manager William very pleasant and helpful. Also speaks v good English. The Staff were very friendly and spoke good english, after a small issue with checking in on a Sunday, they were very helpful and accepting. Everything was smooth sailing. Room was spacious and clean, secure carpark was nice as well. Close to transport and shops. Yves at reception was very friendly and spoke fluent English. He was most helpful and informative. The apartments are located perfectly within Nice, beside the bus, train and metro stops. The apartments are clean, bright and spacious. Excellent value for money. you can walk from the apartments to see any of the sights in the city, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the area is quiet at night time so you get a good night's sleep, the rooms were very clean. The room itself was very clean and well furnished. There was a tiny kitchen, which had all necessary facilities. There is a comfortable parking with direct access via elevator. The staff was friendly. Cleanliness and good location with tram stop just below the building. Kept me informed via sms of the lobby access code when I checked in late. Overall room is comfortable and basic. Great rooms and very quite. Handy to the old city and transport. one of the few places where you can wash your clothes. Good location near the tramway which makes it easy to get to the center. Room was clean and comfy, city center is near (a few minutes by tram). Was in a quiet area easy access walking or by tram. The appartments are ok. close to the old town. The apartment was recommended for four persons, a double bed in the second room (lounge) was requested but ended up unsurprisingly with a sofa bed which was split level, not too comfortable especially for a week. A lot of the basic kitchen equipment was missing, and even when we asked, we didn't get any I.E. cutlery and pans. Breakfast too pricey, but there are lots of cafes etc a short work away or at the next tram stop. No cleaning or towel change in the room during 4days long stay. Cant think of any negative points. Sorry!!!!!. There are two obvious minuses: 1. It's not that close to the centre and to the beach. You will have to take a tram, which brings you to the centre in 10 minutes for 1.5 eur (which is very comfortable). You might not like this district, because it is not on the main streets. 2. Thing, which should be fixed as soon as possible - there is no wi-fi in rooms, though they have it on reception. So in the evenings you can see a bunch of people crwoding there to catch some internet. Wifi only available in the lobby so there was inevitably a group of people crowding, standing, at the lobby to get online making it feels like a youth hostel. Doors closed could not get in when i arrived. The main problem here was with the Internet - there were minor moments when it became non-functional and this quite disturbed the page loading procedure. Reception working time. If arriving after work hours, be sure to contact Hotel before to get a Code for outside doors. Otherwise be rady to wait outside for somebody comming in or out. When calling to contact number after working hours guy who picked up the phone was speaking only French and dropping phoneset after hearing english. :(. Bath room was not clean :(. A bit far from the sea but a nice walk through the town to get there. no wifi available in room. I dont like because no change the Towels... No wi-fi in the room despite it was mentioned in the description! Be careful if you arrive late in the evening or at night - it will take time to get the key from the room.Daily cleaning of the room is not included and costs extra. - Although everywhere is walking distance, its slightly out of the main town area. - Not close to the beach - Having to clean after yourself. - Only get Wi-Fi in the lobby. - In quite a secluded part of the town. We have been there 3 weeks and staff cleaned our room just once, and two times they just changed towels. There wasn't enough utensils in the kitchen for 4 people and the staff weren't particularly interested in getting us the adequate amount. Wifi only in the lobby area. be aware the check- in opening hours over the weekend. We met at least two couples were locked out of the door and don't know what to do. Closed on Sundays and the new comers have the problem with the access. It's not a hotel, it's a residence (that's what they say) - therefore, the reception hours are limited. If you, as we did, arrive outside of reception hours you get stuck in their telephone information service, meaning endless waiting and low quality (self-)service. Had it not been for another (french) guest, who knows where we would have wound up in. Recommended only if you arrive during reception hours. Hard to check in on a Sunday. Bathroom not particularly clean hair dryer broken dangerous exposed wires. Wifi not in room. Weird reception hours. We arrived around 12pm and left the bags but had to came back around 2 pm to check-in. They keep the door open throughout evening and night hours but we saw around ten people waiting in the reception when we returned around 11pm. fortunately we had our key before. Only two armchairs in the lobby-like area which is extremely small and where the wifi works. Had to take the trash out ourselves. small rooms busy ground floor no safe in room. It's not good as we expect. I warn for late arrival since nobody at reception after 20h anymore. There was no access, they should give me a access code but they didn't, I sent e-mail before, sms, called etc... Finally I was there at 23h and the doors of the hotel were closed, then I called the international reservations of appartt' acropolis Nice and they gave me a code to enter, not easy in the dark and very complicated to find the key of the room... What a story, it's like an expedition of 50 years ago!. location. must to pay money for some facilities like dish washer, internet was only in the lobby with only to seat for the lot of people. WIFI just in the groundfloor. bathroom floor. smelling cigarette's smoke when we entered the room. no room service, no free parking, the lobby was so crowed coz wifi was only accessible on the ground floor. Very very very unfriendly staff, fotos do not correspond to reality!!!! (at least for rooms for 3 persons), very tiny rooms, the double bet in fact is a bad for 1.5 pers. At our request to help us, receptionist answerd that he was busy, have a lot of work to do and have no time for us!!!!! We will never return to this app. Personnel was quite rude, some of the administrators. Wifi was available only at the lobby, internet in the rooms only with cable and slow. They never told us there would not be a reception. We had to call booking and they gave us a password to open a safebox. Aweful experience with all of our bags in the front door of a "not so nice" part of the city, long distance call of 15 minutes. was not very clean, room was very small. WiFi only at reception. Impossibility to stop the car in front of the entrance to unload luggage, consequent obligation to rent a place at their hotel = 10,50 euro/day. No service! Have to go down to reception to access wifi!. The toilet floor was not clean. Shower stand was broken. The staff charged 17euro more compared to my booking price. Later I found it was overcharged but it took 20minutes ask refund although I showed my booking details. I should stay there for 3 days. Tv set was not working. I asked the staff for help, they have repared it after twi days, in the day of check out. Impossible to check in on the weekend because reception is closed.
