We checked in late at night and the reception desk really was 24/7 which seems to be rare in France. They spoke English and Spanish as well as French making communication easy. The bed was sort of comfortable, but when I sat on the end corner of it it broke. The mattress fell through the frame because of a few missing wooden support struts. The bathroom was alright without many ammenties and the shower wasn't too small. The little in room kitchenette was a nice touch. The computer in the .
所有评语 » Simple comfort & pleasant. Very good choice in terms of value for money: There's a boulevard for morning promenade nearby the hotel. Getting there via public transporation (if you are not heavily packed) or private drive are convenient. Definitely would llike to stay there again next time in Nantes. This was our 3 time staying at this Hotel,the room was clean and confortable,also in the room was a cooking area.we would recommend this hotel to friends and Family.we only payed 39 Euros for the night for both of us.stayed here on 18 September and 11 of October. The level of this hotel is much higher that I expected from the price that was one of the lowest. The room is spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is unusually great (for France): different cheeses, hams, fresh juice etc. It was our best hotel during the trip. Room, bed was excellent, kicthen is a good a idea and easy to use with grilling owven. Bath was big (i am tall so a big pluss). Silent and cover against noise applicated to the walls. Free parking. Super markets are in a 1km with restaurants. This hotel for a night was wonderful, ample parking, very friendly staff who were fluent in English which helped. The hotel was absolutely huge & would love to return one day. Seemed nice and clean. The attention of the staff of the hotel, specially Isam. He has been very kind and helpful. This hotel can be Hard to find,if you have a Navagater you be ok,it's about 6kg from Nantes on the road to France,it's in a area of hotels and appartments.mc Donalds and Carrefour is on the other side of the road. The only minus is the location outside of the center - but it is the only option to find the budgetary hotel anyway. 5km from city center, waiting on the reception (futball match, keeper just wacthing) by the check-in, reserved money keeped for a month and not decreased the final price. Good few of the lightbulbs were out in the room which was rather annoying. Could do with instructions for the heating / air con. Coridoors could do with some art work and as so vast look like something out of the movie "The Shining". There is not internet connection in the rooms. You must go down to the hall for having access . And International channels on tv room. Local tax of €1.85 per person per night. The restaurant is closed on weekends. The coffe cups were expreso size, no dishcloths and nothing to clean up the kitchenette. Nothing. Cleaning kit for the kitchen has to be additionally paid on the reception, internet is only wired, far from center. The Hotel is a good distance from the city centre. So would not be an ideal location for visiting Nantes City. It's a 15 minute walk to the tram station for travelling to the city centre. Some of staff not very friendly, bit impersonal. Situated right next to a busy highway. The bar was not open for business this wasn't stated when we booked. having to pay extra to use the kitchenette facilities in the room. It is a shame to see some of the garden closed off due to age and structural problems. Hopefully, management has plans to restore them. No wireless Internet in room Did not have my laptop with me. room was very basic for a quality hotel. No cups in the kitchenette. - No Wifi at all - Far from city centre. Smell in room. Lack of Wi-Fi without a cable in rooms. Quite a way from the turn off into the hotel, therefore a long way to walk to the Tramway. Bit far out of the city and from the tram service. Long time to reach public transportation. No wifi in rooms. Very difficult to find, in dire need of repair with many electrical appliances just not working, bulbs hanging loose etc - No kettle in mini - kitchen so no tea making. Poor breakfast, restaurant not open but Mc Donalds & Carrefour nearby with cheap fuel. Would be helpful to know cooking facilities are available before arrival,as shops nearby are limited.Car needed to access hotel and difficult without Sat Nav. Restaurant and bar closed for some weeks due to staff holidays !. Finding the hotel, noise from the motorway and a dog barking. No map of local area and little information forthcoming from staff on reception. Wifi poor, have to ask for ID and password at the front desk for only one device, no wifi in the room. on an industrial estate. No bar or restaurant service during August, and not informed before check-in. Nearest bar and eatery a drive away. The bar only opens from 7 and the one member of staff really struggled to come with the demand. The wireless only works in the reception. To have internet in your room you need to use an ethernet cable and since I travelled with a smart phone only was unable to get online in my room. The location is out of town and in the middle of nowhere, so you need a car really. This hotel is full of truckers. Interior is ikea chic. Bar & Restaurant in the hotel were closed for annual holidays! Hello?. no teatowels no spare pillows no tea tray sparce in soap for bathroom 1 anda half toilet roll. We were informed on arrival that the restaurant and bar was closed for holidays! This was not stated on the website and we had travelled several hours in the car. We could not even get a drink in the Hotel! There was also no secure parking as stated on the website, just a regular car park, totally misleading. After the housekeeping, there wasn't a new roll of toilet paper. We called downstairs and asked for it, they said it would be there right away but it took a very long time. We called again, they were rude and said it was coming. After waiting some more, it finally arrived. unfriendly staff. Everything else. Soulless, an air of being half finished, a transitory feel to public spaces. The restaurant is more of a corner in a conference space.
