We stayed in this great apartment on the 4th floor of this building.
The building does not have a lift and the circular staircase can be quite tricky with lots of luggage.
But once you have reached your apartment it is totally worth it.
The 2 downstair bedrooms and bathroom facilities are very clean and comfortable. Then one more flight of stairs to a lovely open plan family room/kitchen. with a large sofa bed and comfy furnishings.

Very good staff. Very good design. Very good pub parking nearby. Very
good Old Port and the fish-market in the early moning. All Marseille on
foot. Amazing traffic. Colourfull locals if you're looking them.
The owner and staff were very friendly and non-intrusive. The apartments have brand new decoration and facilities. Spotlessly clean and in a great location close to everything within the City,.

Few days before arrival just make sure you have necessary code of the door, because it is an apartment, not a hotel with reception. But it is not minus.

There is no air condition and the fan is too small. It is hot before sunset.

the street is not family friendly "prostitution".
We would call neighborhood on the edge - very different than tourist
port area - visible prostitutes are of no problem but we were not
prepared it is in the city neighborhood - many good restaraunts nearby.
pretty much everything. the rooms were disgusting.
The internet connection is terrible. There is no reception so dont expect to find someone to ask how to enter the appartment. They say they already send you the codes for entering the appartment and for the appartment, but there has been many guests while our stay who havent received them.
