The location of the hotel was excellent and only a few minutes walk from a wide selection of restaurants and the old part of the city. The hotel room was very clean and staff were more than willing to help with any questions or requests. The metro is right outside the hotel.

I was pleased at staying a suite type furnished with incredibly soft and snug beds. Specially the down quilt was really in favour with my old mather.
It was a bit regrettable that the room was not equipped with a teapot and a pair of cup and saucer. In the room there was a minibar with only cold drink.

Our room was on the top floor and corner overlooking big squear, so the room was very nice and te view was excellent.
The entrance was little small and the road in frony was underconstraction.
I wonder why for 2 consecutive days, the shampoo and soap were notreplaced. I needed to ask them before I can have it.
when you pay 310 euro a nigght you expect free WIFI and not to pay 10 euro an hour to go on the internet. This is really a scandal!
