  The staff were very nice. The hotel is extremely close to the Gare de l'Est, thus very convenient for me. The room was clean, with nice towels, soap and shampoo, the breakfast was good value. I was very satisfied.   It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal. It was also nice to have the breakfast buffet option. Locations was good.   The style of the bedrooms Large size rooms for Paris, Quality of the towels, bedding, toiletries provided. little extras, like free soft drinks, espresso machine, umbrellas. The staff, helpful, polite and extremely welcoming. Calm, quiet and relaxing feel of the hotel. My husband and I loved the design and our room was fabulous. Very comfortable bed and arm chairs. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. We've stayed in various hotels in Paris. This one beats them all. We also ate at the restaurant of the hotel, and highly recommend it!
