The staff, helpful, polite and extremely welcoming. Calm, quiet and relaxing feel of the hotel. My husband and I loved the design and our room was fabulous. Very comfortable bed and arm chairs. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. We've stayed in various hotels in Paris.
