  I could not fault this hotel. It was great value for Paris. It's not luxury, but it had everything I needed. The water was always hot. The room was well heated. Everything was spotlessly clean.   I stayed 12 nights with my son and grandson. Although we were 3 males we thought the hotel suited our requirements exactly. It was clean, convenient to "life", the metro, walking and some nice restaurants. Mr Didier and Isabelle together with Lenka at the front desk and the other staff made us very welcome and helped us when we needed it. We were very well attended, even when we realize that the announcement was booking with items that do not exist in the hotel. For example, with bath. They justified that was incorrect information and we provided one of the breakfasts as courtesy. I recommend it strongly.

  The location is excellent, there are 3 metro lines in the nearby (shops, supermarkets and bakeries are close). Staff was really polite, they really appreciate if you can speak some words in French. The room is clean. Daily cleaning and new towels every day. We were in the room 53 which has also a small balcony.
