  I could not fault this hotel. It was great value for Paris. It's not luxury, but it had everything I needed. The water was always hot. The room was well heated. Everything was spotlessly clean.   Very good location, excellent breakfast in smoll and nice restaurant. Clean room, very helpfull staff. Nice, easy atmosfer.   Location was great. Only a short walk to the Gare de Lyon in Paris, which we needed to use most days. Maybe not the best area in Paris to stay, but an easy Metro ride to any other places you may wish to visit. The guy on the front desk was excellent, when I arrived at 11pm off the TGV and then left for the airport at 5am the next nothing, he was on the same shift yet was very friendly and helpful.

  I chose this hotel for reasons of cost (it was on special offer); location (near to the Gare de Lyon, but in a fairly quiet side street); ratings and comments from previous customers. It represented good value for money: only 120 euros for a two night stay. My room was quiet, as requested. It was small, but big enough for my purposes.
