Its location to Vieux Port - literally step out of the bldg and you are there. I was there for the Cultural year - so loved all the additional displays of "animals" and other constructions (MuCEM), Pavilion M, etc. I've been to Marseille a few times before and each visit discover something new. -

1. Design and freshness, room equipment. The building was renovated. Everything is fresh and rooms are small, but not seems so a cause of smart design. Teapot helps save money for breakfast and supper. Towel electric heater helps to use fresh towel on the beach everyday.

The hotel was very comfortable and centrally located. The staff was great as well as the breakfast. Lovely room, very comfortable, yet on the small side, but all that was needed. My room was extremely quiet, did not hear anything at all, perhaps because I was on the top floor. Was surprised that it was so quiet because I was on the front side of the hotel on a very busy street

Everything - we went on to stay at the Cezanne in Aix en provence afterwards - same price - no comparision we wish we'd stayed hear. The apartment has basic kitchen amenities, hairdryer, iron an ironing board, coffeemaker, everything mostly new. Cafes and supermarket are two doors down the street. Metro an bus stations, too. -
