Was not sure what to expect because some of the reviews were negative, but as a frequent Europe traveler, I found it better than expected and a good value - I mean, it is a 3 star, not a 5 - Hotel is in a lovely location with 2 stops on the metro to the centre. Very small however we felt we had struck lucky with this one!

We were pleasantly surprised that when we asked what the wonderful smell was coming from the kitchens the staff took the initiative to ask the chef and we got a selection of wonderful warm pieces of cakes he had just baked. We had to pay for them of course however it was still delightful. - It is right beside the Nanterre RER station.
