The hotel is ideally situated with regard to all of the major tourist attractions in the city.   The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They fulfilled immediately each requirement I gave them. My room was great, spacious, clean not noisy, and the beds were comfortable. Near the hotel there are - We stayed 3 nights in a triple room on the 2nd floor overlooking the front of the hotel. The room was a good size as we could fold the 3rd bed up to the wall giving more floor space and an extra shelf. The room was very effectively sound proofed, clean, with good hanging and shelf space, desk space with chair plus a large en suite with shower. The location in the old city was excellent with restaurants nearby and easy access to transport. English spoken by reception staff.

  The hotel was clean, secure (including the car park arrangements) and well organised. We shared with friends who used the fold out bed in the lounge, so it needs a bit of organisation for privacy, which was fine. Other reviews refer to an 'unsafe' area. A good 20 minutes walk to the centre, more if you stop at shops and cafes, but metro is - Privilege Appart was very convenient. It was quite close city centre, many local restaurants of all type from pizza to fine dining, and tourist attractions. Reception other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the secure parking was very useful. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed to eat in.
