  My 17 days stay in Residence Nell was perfect. I booked a classical apartment, and it's a real apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.   The location of the hotel was superb and very easy for those travelling by train from Charles De Gaulle airport as we got to St. Michel and just across the road was Rue De La Huchence and our hotel. Contrary to expectations it was very quiet at night and the restaurant was an added bonus in the evening. The area around the hotel was car free with lots of interesting little shops and the nearness to Notr - The area this hotel is in excellent, and close to the metro (1 minute away). The staff are pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The rooms could use some updating, the furnishings were older but the beds were in good condition and clean. The bathrooms had the most upgrading, but our shower in the twin room was missing a hook for the shower head so we had to tie the shower head to the pipe in order to have a hands-free shower. The water pressure was good. The free use of computer in the lobby

  The staff were so relaxed and welcoming. They brought our bags up to our room and did not linger expecting a tip. It is in a fantastic location very close to St Sulpice church and St Sulpice Metro station making it easy to find and travel to and from. The room was nice and very quiet overlooking the courtyard. Short walk to St Germaine de Pres where there are lots of bars, cafes and shops and easy w - This is a very nice hotel. We had a top floor with a balcony view of the St. Sulpice church. It's in a good residential neighborhood, with plenty of family restaurants in the area, at a slightly better price and away from the touristy area. Also fantastic bookstores and good shopping, a stones throw from the Jardin de Luxembourg. The price is slightly lower because you have to walk an extra two blocks to get to the middle of the action. Honestly, one of the better secrets for a good Paris stay.

  The staff is very nice. My room has been upgraded and it is on the eighth floor. The room is very very comfortable and nice. THere is a very good view and you can enjoy the view of paris. Although the lift is broken down, the staff has arranged someone to help me carry the luggage upto my room. So I think there will not be - The location is perfect. If you are young, you can walk everywhere. As a back up, two metro stations, Bonne Nouvelle and Strasbourg-Saint Denis are only steps away. I was worried about the traffic noise at night, but on the third floor it was no problem.

  Very nice hotel. The hotel was very clean, the room bigger than I thought it would be. I thought my room would be noisy because it had a street view, it was not. This was the first time I stayed in this area of Paris and the neighborhood and location were wonderful! The staff were great as well, very friendly. Very safe area as grandmother, mother and daughter all traveling together, highly recommend.
