My family and I have just returned from a wonderful ten night holiday staying at Emeraude Residence Hoteliere. From the moment we arrived owners Andrew and Michael did their utmost to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartments were spotlessly clean and modern having been recently refurbished and the self- catering facilities were great. One of the nicest things about these apartments is the private terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and many lovely evenings. The flowe.
所有评语 » 1)localization close to free nice sandy beach showed us by Andy,to many restaurants and shops and park-3 min. walking,close to wonderfull restaurants at the beach, 15 minutes drive from Antibes.2) fantastic building,free parking places nearby,with small lift,very clean apartments,very well designed,equipped,with view partly to the sea.3)convenient mattresses-important for me as I have problems with my back,free,fast WIFi,flat TV,elegant design,entry with a code,fully equipped kitchen,well worki. We stayed for one night between arriving by ferry and leaving by plane to/from Nice. Juan les Pins is much more pleasant than Nice. The apartment is a hotel room size with cooking facilities and good shower room. The staff were welcoming and helpful. There is a small lift for luggage access to the upper floors. We would agree with Christopher from Dublin, on all counts! He hit the attributes of Emeraude Residence Hotel squarely on the head! The residence is situated in a quit place not far from the sea. Modern cozy rooms, kitchenette has all necessary. All you need are not far from the residence: supermarket, train station, bars, restaurants, shops, a small park with children playground and squirrels. Beautiful, elegant room in classy private building; small lift made luggage handling easy, 5 minute walk to Promenade and beachfront restaurants; small kitchenette; shower with good hot water pressure; lovely terrace for reading/wine drinking of an evening. The hotel is placed in a quite and relaxing atmosphere, but very close to the beach, the restaurants and the shops. The apartment had a very nice terrace and It was fully refurbished. Very nice and cosy atmosphere.We recommend the hotel without hesitation. We had a wonderful time in the Emeraude Residence Hotel, in particular the beautiful terrace, the spacious rooms, small but well equipped kitchenette and the warm hospitality of the owners! Situated close to the center and the beaches an excellent choice!. This is a apartment hotel we would like to go back to. It was not expencive, and it is located close to the city centre and beach. The owners were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is excellent with the beach, bars, restaurants and a large supermarket all within 5 minutes walk, yet still very quiet. Great location, just 2 minutes from the town. Suites newly renovated to a high standard. The owners Michael and Andrew went to great lengths to make us very welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended to any travellers to J les P. Michael was so welcoming and gave us some tips on where to go and what to see during our short stay. Accomodation is well appointed, clean and stylish. Next time we would request a room with a patio. Highly recommended!. Friendly staff. We arrived late and there were no problems,check in/out were quick. Clean, new, nice comfortable rooms, small but good kitchen, nice design (rooms and bathroom). Close to beaches, shops, park, cafes. Very nice place with great owners and location. Parking was not a problem. Beach, shops, cafes, bars, food, supermarket are a 5 minute walk. Apartment was secure, clean, and freshly refurbished. Nice place with the best beach on south coast. The hotel is like a mini castel. Very good experience. Very good location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, big and freshly renovated rooms. Near the beach and owner speaks good English. Great location. Manager was very nice. Little terace was perfect for breakfasts and dinners. English speaking and service minded hotel personell, two brothers. everything perfect. Well, it was inconvenient not having hot water for almost 3 days, but they were certainly working hard to solve the problem. Beautiful iron bed - but very squeaky. Nothing to complaine about. I can't fault the Emeraude. Juan les Pins is very nice and beaches excellent, it just annoying that they are almost all private with expensive lounger hire. Nothing. Sofa should be replaced.
