  excellent !! just excellent. We have arrived there late afternoon and was soo welcome by the owner. Location is perfect - beach is just 20m from the entrance, Has a restaurant on tarrace with great view ( just need to deinstall huge billboard in the front of hotel , heheh ) - Seaside location in Agay. The a/c was a good thing to have in late August Great location to everything. Local restaurants, market the beaches and downtown. I travel a lot and would suggest anyone that wants to get away to a small little motel with lots of privacy and great value this is the place for you.when traveling to St Raphael I will return
