This was a very charming country inn run by a very congenial host, Eddie
and his wife. It was a flax mill in the 16th century later converted to
a hotel in 1966. Eddie is a master chef and his kirchen reflects that
with excellent food. One feels like he is deep in the French
countryside, but Paris is only 90 miles to the north. Excellent day
trips were made to Sens, Troyes, Auxerre, and Vezelay.
