  Its not the first time I stayed at Norlandia, and I have to say every time I found the staff very accommodating, helpful and understanding. The hotel is right behind the Tampere University Hospital, thus a few mins walk to the bus stop from where you can travel in and around Tampere with ease. This is one hotel I always check first when I have to stay at Tampere and have already recommended to a lot of - Everything was very nice, as described. Staff was very helpful: directing us to the laundry room to use the ironing facility, calling a cab etc. The room and bathroom were spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich.

  I found my room to be perfectly clean on arrival. Keep it up Omena! The supplied facilities were ideal, perhaps at least the addition of some plastic plates and cutlery would be great addition for a quick take away. I spent two nights here and would definitely use an Omena again. I rated poor staff only 'cos there are none!
