Wow! I had a difficult time deciding on a hotel. I am guessing there are 3 types of hotels in Prague: Hostel, Pension, and regular hotels. CubeNeumann was a Pension hotel. There is no permanent front desk staff there. They are there during the day, then lock up at night. You have a key to enter the hotel and also your room. If you have no independence, then consider this. Now for the staff. It is family owned. They are the most wonderful people I have ever met traveling. They do everything to m.
所有评语 » Excellent service by the owners. Friendly, polite and helpful. When you arrive they provide you with all the information that you need. The room is like a big studio flat with an open plan brand new good quality kitchen and a big table. To get to the city center you can take the metro (15 mins walking+ 15 mins on the train) or walk 3 mins and take the trams number 3 combined with tram 17 and be in town in 25 minutes for 24 czech korone (=1 Euro or £0.85). It is great value for your money, I hi. After a late booking of the apartment they were very accommodating to us turning up fairly late in the evening. They gave us a very warm welcome with as much information as you would ever need to get around Prague. The room was very modern and was only recently renovated even with heated tiles in the bathroom. Also they did our washing ironed and folded for very cheap. Staff were very obiliging - not much English but used Google Translate which was fine. Provided me with maps and which trams/bus to get to get back if out after the metro stopped running. Big room with separate room for kitchen/dining. Less than 30 minutes from Old Town including walk to Metro and quiet neighbourhood. Fantastic - would definitely stay again. we are very fortunate to meet the host's son, he speaks good english and he is very happy to help, he had prepared a lot of information for transportation in Prague which is quite helpful. he will reply every question pleasantly, he is really a very nice person. we highly recommend this hotel!!!. The hotel is the building est 1937. Big rooms. Very friendly staff, they gave us the timetable of trams and buses that goes near the hotel. So it was very easy for us. There is a night bus(tram) stop near the hotel, i think is very important...There is free parking near the hotel. Everything. The apartment was great, big, bright and very clean. The owners were very nice though they didn't speak English. Our towels were changed every day and the kitchen was well equipped. Will definitely stay there again if/when I go back to Prague. The rooms are really big and very nice! Location was good because you can park your car in front of the hotel (for free) and public transportation is nearby. The breakfast was excellent. Very helpful people. We did enjoy our stay very much. An excellent and clean location and a really good value for money. 30 minutes away from the center by tram, in a really quiet neighborhood. The staff was very kind, and, though they don't speak English, Google Translate helps them a lot :). The apartment rooms are very big and clean. They also did very good cleaning work every day. And before our arriving, the host had already prepared lots of paper information for us. We really appreciate their help. The family was so kind and very servicial... the room was always clean and the breakfast is enough for 2 days... the shower was excellent and everything clean. the restaurant in the corner is delicious. Good accomodation, very clean and very helpful owners who provided all necessary information on tram and metro transport. Very near the tram and metro stations and motorways. We highly recommend. The room was so clean and tidy. Complete facilities in the room, inluding microwave and kitchenset. They provide laundry and great breakfast. The owner is so kind and friendly. The only thing to make it perfect would be that the owners learn a better english, especially the man. Apart from that everything great!. Nothing. everything is perfect. A little bit far from the centre, but with good connections by metro / tram. Their English is not well, they prefer German. But they helped us as much as possible!. If there had been an electric stove and some pots in the kitchen, it would have been better. The food in Czech was quite good, but sometimes we missed the food in our hometown. the ubication is only 23 minutes to the center by tram... but at night there is no more tram after 12pm ... Nothing. Nothing in specific. Breakfast variety can be improved. Poor WIFI Small bathroom basin. WiFi could be more accessible. Streetcar service on weekend. The kitchette has no gas range or induction. We had to pay 6 euro per night to use our electronic device. It has no safe parking lot.
