The hotel is modern, clean, near the metro station.There are a private parking place. The breakfast is fine and plentiful.The staff is helpful and friendly. It is a good value, a good choice for this price. I recommend it. Good location, lots of restaurants, quiet, shops, and if you need to close the subway, easy access to the center if necessary. For business it is very convenient. The hotel is clean, good breakfast, good staff.
所有评语 » The hotel was extremely well appointed. Very comfortable room and the beds were of a high quality, and very comfortable. The personelle were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Very courteous staff, specially the receptionist Sharka. She was very helpful and made our stay comfortable. Close to metro Pankrac, parking and excellent wifi a added bonus. Breakfast mediocre. Good value for the price, nice breakfast, secure parking space, pets allowed for free, english speaking staff, 5 minutes walk to the underground/restaurants/pubs/shopping centers. Buffet breakfast, good selection of food. Personnel quickly refill trays when emptied. Free WiFi easy to access. Personnel was kind and helpful. Excellent Location, only four stops to the city center,quiet area,Breakfast was amazing, strong Wifi in the room. friendly helpfull staff easy commute to city centre. Good value for money hearty breakfast included. location, metro near by (500m walk), clean room, internet access, good price, safe parking. The morning coffee from vending machine. there were a few small things that attention to detail would have resolved, cleanliness of the shower, soap dish was dirty. Plaster was cracked on one wall and should have been treated/painted. The Restaurant was never open during the time we were there, and no bar service. Some of the bed linen had small holes. Leaking flush tank which disturbed us throughout the night. Also hairdryers are available with reception on request only. They should be provided in the rooms. Rooms differ much in size - it's a matter of luck what you get. Ask for a double room with a balcony in the corner of the building. It is much bigger than other double rooms I've seen there. nothing!. thin walls. In the booking reservation the hotel said I could pay with Visa and Mastercard, but I could not pay by card only in cash. Не принимали кредитные карты - ссылались на технические трудности. Лифт за стенкой очень шумный - впечатление, что ходит прямо через номер. wifi was slow. hair dryer missing in bathroom. very thin walls, you can hear your neighbours whispering. the payment they must use credit card and the restaurant lady on 1st Oct breakfast she is not nice at all.
