The rooms are very spacious. The hotel iteself is situated in a very quiet area close to the main city attractions. The room service did excellent job. Breakfast was very generous. We also liked the fact that the hotel had a private garage.

Having travelled extensively and with a UK base in a 5* hotel, the Appia Residence cannot be faulted. It is an amazing place, impecably clean, quiet, extensive accomodation, dedicated and helpful staff> I cannot recommend this hotel too highly and we will certainly return and recommend it to our friends.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Didn't know it was a renovated convent. Very close, but extremely quite location. 3 minutes to the castle and about 5 to the St. Charles Bridge. Perfect, newer, quiet, clean and restful. I highly, highly recommend this hotel. I especially LOVED the breakfast area...3rd floor attic with tons of character. Wow!

We loved the location, a few steps off the beaten track to guarantee peace, a 10 minute stroll to the Charles Bridge and Castle area. Appia itself is excellent, clean, comfortable and charming

The rooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean. Extremely quiet in the area which meant a good nights sleep. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room was lovely.

The hotel was ideally situated in a quieter part of the city but with the main centre only a short walk away. The standard of the hotel was excellent. It was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was lovely. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

It's very clean, cosy. It is situated in a very quiet zone, near the Prague Castle.
Very convenient location: nice city district, within walking distance from the main historical and touristic attractions, but far from the crowd, very quite and silent. We had a suite for three people, very spacious, comfortable, furnished with nice and sober style. Excellent breakfast. Hotel staff were always helpful, kind and professional. Excellent value for money.
The arrangement and style of the reception is relatively low quality for an historical building and with respect to the interior design and decoration of the rooms and of the rest of the hotel. An improved arrangement would add to the overall image and quality of the hotel.

Just a minor remark. On arrival they tried to give us a smoking room while our preferences were non-smoking. When we went back to the reception we got a non-smoking room without problems.
