  Great location. The hotel offers more than enough free parking and it's only a 10 min walk from the city center (old town) and the sea organ which can't be missed.   Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night.   I had never heard of Zadar before seeing the location on Ryanair. The hotel room was of a good size, very clean, very comfortable and we paid an extra £10 per/night for a sea view which was worth it.   We picked this place because we had a car and needed a parking spot. The lady who runs the place is very helpful and the apartment (studio of sorts) is very spacious with modern fixtures. The wifi is reliable. We had the room on a top floor. No complaints on the accomodation. It's value for money. The clean room, nice little kitchen or large bathroom didn't even matter for me anymore. Take the distance to the old town as a nice walking tour in an area which is not tourist, an area just for you where you can observe the real life of Zadar.
