  After a not-so-great experience with a booking at another apartaman, we decided to try our luck at getting a last-minute booking at Villa Gravić. Luckily, there was an affordable room with a beautiful view, and the owner was so friendly, kind and generous. She looked up ferries for us to take to Cres, told us about some good local restaurants, and... 别人怎么说 » helped us with our plans around town. The villa is in the Diklo neighborhood, which is peaceful and reminded me of the small beach cities along the - Evanna the owner of villa gravic could not be more helpful when 17 of us landed at her door when she was expecting 10. She couldn't do enough to accommodate us and gave us great advice on local amenities. Half of our group were flying to Ireland at 6.45 am with the rest flying to the uk later that day.   The owner Marko and his family are incredibly hospitable and helpful. I stayed at the apartment for a whole month while on a Croatian language course and had quite a few needs but I never had to ask for anything twice. I felt very much at home in the apartment. The - The hosts Vinko (mr Kardum) and mrs Kardum were very warm and friendly. Even though they spoke little English they were very warm in making us feel welcome and telling us about themselves. Their service was excellent, we left some things at the apartment and they went out of their way to arrange the return of the things to us at our final destination before we departed Croatia.   The apartment was clean and well-furnished with many thoughts given to guest comfort. The hosts offered to both meet us at the airport and return us to the airport at a fraction of the cost of a taxi. We were close to the beach and to markets where we could buy food to cook at home or bring on picnics.   Great location. The hotel offers more than enough free parking and it's only a 10 min walk from the city center (old town) and the sea organ which can't be missed.   We didn't stay at the pansion, but by accident we neded up having dinner there the first of our four days in Zadar. And, we had the remaining three dinners there as well even though ít was a 10 minute ride from Zadar. Fantastic place - Everything. A delightful place in a beautiful situation. Charming staff. The restaurant was excellent.

  Excellent location - right on the beach. Quite and relaxing atmosphere. Spotless studio with new furniture and all necessary equipment. Parking place is provided in front of the house. Owner is very friendly and helpful. There are supermarket, cafes, beach bar and restaurants in radius of 100m. Center of Zadar is only 10 min away by bus.   Nice couple who own the apartments. Very close to bakery and good mini market while a larger food shop is only a ten minute stroll down to the marina - wines come in 1 litre bottles ! About double that to get the sea view whilst eating.
