Easy access after you find it, close to center, 4km beach both left and right within walking distances, food stores in vicinity, easy parking. Kind owners, helpful receptionist:-). The hosts were nice, the studio was correctly equipped. Wifi was weak, but perhaps in our room only. Worse: The bed was small and so noisy that after each slight movement we both woke up. It was quite noisy due probably to the tactlessness of some german neighbours. The wifi did not work during the 3 nights we stayed.
