Split Allure Apartments are ideally located, on a quiet, narrow, pedestrian-only street, some five minutes walk from the markets, ten minutes or less from the bus and ferry terminals and the Riva.
We had an apartment with balcony, ideal for enjoying a late-afternoon drink and morning breakfast. The apartment itself is lovely: light, airy, with décor which is modern but not fussy; the interior looks just like the website photos. 7 days accommodation in a renovated architect designed house. The apartment is like hotel standard.
No sound from Car Traffic / Neighbor.

Loved everything about the Allure apartments! Absolutely clean and modern style all the way. Ivan is amazingly helpful and will assist you at every turn to make your stay all that more impressive! He also showed me a fabulous restaurant to eat at with fabulous food, at local prices, and lovely music to sit under the stars to enjoy your meal by. Its 30 seconds to the water front and the local shopping area. And it's amazingly quiet! Have already recommended it to my friends who are going to stay.
I loved EVERYTHING about this apartment!!! Andrijana met us at the ferry terminal and was very hospitable throughout our stay. There was even bottled water and some chocolates waiting for us in the apartment - nice touch! The apartment was in a fantastic location and the décor was beautiful. I would hire her as my decorator for sure! I would definitely stay at Allure again and would strongly recommend it to anyone going to the amazing city of Split. Puno hvala Andrijana:).
The unit was very nice, clean well kept. 3 min walk from the Split markets, the Palace and a 5 minute walk to the ferry and bus port. Good wifi and for those that like tv local and satellite. It had a small kitchen for cooking. Good security. Close to lots of good local eateries. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Provided local mobile to contact him if we needed help or got into trouble.
Andrijana was the BEST hostess we encountered during our 9-country adventure. She was so accommodating, even offering to have our laundry picked up and cleaned at no cost (but we paid simply because she was already so generous). Location is ideal, away from noisy streets. Apartment is well-equipped and still looks very new.
The locations é perfect, close the bus station, train, boats and tourist part. The woman who receives you is very friendly and lends a mobile phone for local calls. When you arrive you can be surprised by the place because it looks like a maze or alley, because it is not a street, but do not worry because it is very safe!!!.
Excellent location. Owners are lovely. Josip picked us up from the ferry port and took us to the apartment and assisted with carrying our luggage. The owners left a mobile phone in the room so that you could use it to call them if you had any queries! Very nice, modern-looking, spacious rooms.
This was a great modern apartment located in Split. You could walk to all the sights and the beach with in minutes. The other met us at the ferry and showed us where the apartment was. He was friendly and give us lots of useful information. I would stay here again.
The apartments were in a brilliant location, only 3 minutes to the Port and town center, and about 5-10 minutes walk to the city beach. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern, and the guy that checked us in was very friendly and helpful.
Gave me a mobile phone so I could call the staff (offsite) if I needed something. Quite spacious. Large Flat screen TV. Very close to harbour and palace. Helpful staff. Kept my bags after check out until it was time to catch the ferry.
Staff were very welcoming and were very helpful. The price was very affordable and amenities great for a short stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to the markets, restaurants and the sea.
Great rooms, all brand new and clean, great hospitality from the owners (they even give you a phone with local number), good location very close to Dalmatian palace and beach is 15 minutes walk.
Our apartment was beautiful, recently renovated to a high standard. It was absolutely immaculate. The location was excellent and the host was friendly and extremely helpful.

Some may not like multiple stairs with no lift, but we had no issue with it--plus her assistant carried our bags up for us!.

We had to settle the balance on the apartment in cash, whereas it would have been nice to have had the option to pay by card. Other than that it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.
No hair dryer till I asked for one but was delivered later that day. On the top floor, no lift but the staff took my bags up when I arrived and down again when I left. Shower cubicle a little on the small side.

We liked everything but the bathroom was a bit small. It would be nice to have a toaster, hair dryer and a full length mirror in all apartments.
It was a pity that they didn't provide hair dryer.
No reception so need to make contact with the owner to let you in. Also no means to pay by card so need to pay cash. No real problem as owner will contact you and was happy to let us pay at another date. But would have been good to no.

Ground floor apartment gets noise from unit above and stairs would recommend upper floors if not too much luggage to carry.
Small shower as with most of Europe.
Downstairs was larger but dark would have enjoyed a balcony room to relax in open air.

If you stay for more than 2 days maybe it would be convenient to have a facility to hang the laundry.
No outside space - little natural light (our apartment was on the ground floor - upper floors may be lighter).
