Nice room and garden area at front of room. Area was very quiet and relaxed during our stay. Breakfast provided very good and staff very friendly and helpful. A member of staff checked with us each morning at breakfast that all was well with our stay and provided us with a packed lunch on the day we left as we left before breakfast. 所有评语 » The reception staff member susana was amazing, her customer service was outstanding and we have stayed at many places around Croatia and she would have to be the best so far. Location was fantastic, right at the golden horn beach (zlatni rat). Food was nice at the restaurant. Zlatni Rat overall is excellent and yet so close to Split, it had many facilities close to the beach and cocktail bars and snack bars metres away. Great if you have kids, heaps of water sports and water jumpy castles. The staff was excellent, helped us with everything we needed, always available. They have prepared a breakfast for us a day before we left, because we had to leave early in the morning, before breakfast time. It stays right in front of Zlatini Rat beach, has an excellent restaurant right in front of it, and is only 10 minutes walking through a Gorgeous Promenade to get to the Island's downtown. Will definately come back. - Lovely and friendly staff who really cares about making your stay perfect - Food in restaurant is great and worthy of a bit higher price - It's the closest hotel to Zlatni Rat beach, one of the best beaches in Croatia - Free parking and free WiFi - They provide free beach towels with small deposit - Lots of activities are all nearby (diving, wind surfing, quads, bicycles, cocktail bars, and whole lot more). The people who work in this hotel are amazingly friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms are basic in design but very well-equipped. The location was perfect for us because we love being close to the beach. The pizza in the restaurant was great too. The location was so close to the 'Golden Horn' it made it easy to nab a great spot on the beach, and there was a restaurant and bar so we didnt have to venture far. They also had towel racks at the front to hang your beach towels and swimmers to dry out. breakfast was extensive. The location was superb; only steps from the beach. The room was clean, comfortable, attractive and well-outfitted. The staff was delightful. The included breakfast was healthy, copious and delicious. Dinner was not included but fully worth the money. Check out the wasp rates before planning your trip - they come out for ~20 days/year and are plentiful at zlatni rat beach. - we reserved a room which has a sea view. Although it was facing the sea, we weren't able to see the sea. Do not recommend getting a sea view, not worth it. - 15 min walking distance from the center, but the walk is nice. Staff was a little over bearing but they were just trying to be helpful. A little expensive but you pay for the location. Nothing , only comment would be a.sea.view room does give you a view of the sea but does not overlook the water which could be expected from the description.. Nothing apart from the wasps around the food but its not the hotel's fault. The listed "sea view" was more of a "building view.". The walls were really thin, we could hear the television in the apartment of our neighbour. For the price we paid, was expecting better. Not value for the money. Room smelt slightly musty but improved with windows & doors open. Basic but met all of our needs. Hard to fault but aircon in room was set up so that second bedroom didn't benefit at all and so kids room was always hot. I especially booked a room with seaview but unfortunately it was not worth of it. The main building of the hotel was in front of the rooms, as a result you cannot quite get a view of the sea. If you are looking for nightlife, Hvar is definately much better than Bol. Small rooms. Big slope up to the studios we stayed in. Somewhat difficult to find especially if riding mopeds. Lots and lots of bugs kept coming into the bathroom, we think through the bathroom drains. Wifi didn't work too well and checkout was early, 10 am. Wouldn't class it as 4 star - room decor fairly standard. Room at back of hotel and dit have a view of either the sea or mountains. Bars close pretty early. Places were closing by 10 or midnight. Maybe in the true busy season they're open later. We were here the end of May. the weather!. noise of the kitchen in the night. Seaside view doesn't have good view of the sea. Too expensive for very basic facilities. The complex is outdated; breakfast unsatisfactory, too far from Bol city center (30 min walking distance). Breakfast not that good, internet does not work in the rooms and the clealiness of the restaurant was just poor. The reception closes early in the evening and there is no support during nights. Can not leave the windows because there are no blinds. breakfast is starting at 8...too late....and not enough choice...waiters are not the friendliest... quite drab room. The single-use reservation is not adequately disclosed in the booking process: I realized my reservation was a single-use when checking out and (extra) charged a double-use. Room had only one small windows and it smelled very moldy, like entering to a cellar. I wouldn't recommend this (especially if you have any ashtma). Hotel's breakfast buffet was also the poorest I have seen in years. Not worth of money, I paid 160 euros per night. Maybe 50 would be right price for this. We booked 2 nights but left Bol a day earlier because of this hotel. Tip: book Elaphusa, Borak or something from the town.. 1) fake fotos of room in booking com 2) poor room 3) we payed sea view and we didn't have it. 4) very expensive for this room. we payed 136 euro per day andd it didn.t deserved more than 60!!!. Facilities too poor for a four star rating and the price.
