The hotel is simply beautiful. The location is outstanding with the tranquillity of the garden and quiet local beaches, perfect for my husband and I and just a 5 min walk to the town for restaurants and bars for my sons. The hotel bar is overlooking the sea with very friendly service and the buffet breakfast was perfect. The rooms are light and airy with high ceilings, designer fittings and quiet air conditioning ,which I appreciated. Our rooms looked directly over the rocks to the sea with a b.
所有评语 » The room is spacious with a magnificent view on the bay. We almost felt like in a non-moving boat. The service is just excellent - Petra was there 24h to meet our requests - always with a beautiful smile. Also we appreciated the variety of channels on sat-tv. This was definitely the best spot in our 15 days tour of the western Balkans. Top location! Beautifull historic building. Clean. Spectactular view. Hotel just opened. Organisation was not running smoothly. Nevertheless great value for money. Location and building make up for everything!. Location location location - has a lovely beach just outside. Friendly very helpful staff, Outside bar, Discreet and away from the crowds in the central area. The private beach is really nice, with 2 other beaches on both sides. Great staff. The city is very picturesque and beautiful!. Beautiful and peaceful location. Closest beach only 50 meters away. Room was clean and well decorated and staff was helpfull. The location is beautiful. We had an amazing view souly of the sea. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff very welcoming. Top Location, absolutly quiet, but next to the center, we love the private deckchair terrasse. Pole position between two lovely beaches. Beautiful view. Renovated rooms. One very motivated student working all day long in the reception and the restaurant. View was amazing Very spacious room (except for the bathroom which was really tiny) Very convenient location for a nice beach and the Village centre. Slightly softer sheets. Really difficult to say anything here... Maybe the breakfast could be better. Unexperienced personell. But they were defenitly friendly and trying there best. Had the feeling they just need a good manager on site. Mini bar fridge not cold. my husband and I went on the trip and asked for a queen bed, but they gave us a 2 single beds together and a very small room. Soundproofing in our room was terrible. It really needs improving. One chipboard is not enough to isolate noise from next door. This may concern only our room but anyways. Staff was mostly very helpful and kind, but could use some professional hand on every day working. It wasn't always very clear for customer who's a staff member and who's just a member of family in charge of hotel. Well located restaurant without ambiance and style. Lack of staff. 6 deck chairs for 25 rooms. Facilities partially still under construction. This outstanding place deserves a true hotelier with vision and a philosophy. Definitely not a 4 star hotel Reception was generally not available (e.g. upon our arrival there was nobody at the reception and we had to call and wait for over 20 min) Very difficult to find Breakfast was horrible... don't pay for it if you have the option Bed was uncomfortable Cleanliness should be improved.
