  The room was really spacious, and we had a king sized bed which is always nice! Staff were also very friendly and helpful - we booked all our tours through them. The resort is a little out of town (which is really nice) and you can either catch a bus, cycle or taxi (aud 5-6). It is also near a bunch of tourist attractions.   Stay in River View Hotel. Yangshuo is quite a small city but I really liked the location! Very charming place with a very nice balcony just in front of the Li River. Next to the hotel there is a small local market where you can buy souvenirs and stuff and it is also 5 min walk to animated streets with bars and restaurants.   We received great service during our stay at Bamboo House Resort. Our room was great with a giant spa in the middle and a balcony overlooking the street - great for an afternoon drink and people watching.
