  Very nice hotel. I give it 5 stars all around. It seems like one of the more "Chinese" hotels because some of the staff didnt speak much english. There were more locals staying there too. Needless to say I never had a problem communicating what I needed. Great for business travelers. There is a desk in the room with all the supplies you would need... 别人怎么说 » . Ask for a room upgrade on a high floor. You might get lucky like I did. - As an English speaking traveller, with no Chinese, I found that I was well catered for. They had a Russian girl Julia and a young Frenchman Alex to look after the foreign visitors. Both were very helpful and had good English skills amongst other languages. Location was excellent for railways and shopping

  Great location. Easy to access Hong-Kong and shopping centers.I stayed in several hotels around Guomao station and I must admit Kaili is the best one for the price. My room was big and clean,the bed is very comfortable.The staff are polite and helpful. Add on points is WIFI i - The location is great: right next to the metro and and the "Pedestrian Street" with loads of shops and restaurants. It's a couple of metro stops north of the Hong Kong border at Luohu. Staff were efficient. The price was reasonable. You could find cheaper, but the price was good considering the location, room size and extras (fridge, bathrobe, hairdrier, toiletries etc.)

  服務不錯 - I liked the comfort of the hotel and perfect breakfasts in the morning. Reception stuff tried to be helpful, but they still can impove the serivce, I think.
