Hotel is in a great location, next to the subway station - making it easy to explore the rest of the city. You don't need to stay on or near Nanjing Road to make your Shanghai experience great. I was especially impressed by the staff, specifically Paul, at the front desk. I saw him taking "ownership" of a problem with another guest and solved it with a smile. He is a professional and a great asset to Dorsett.
